  Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. 30 minutes! When I asked what was up the lady was rude and said they were busy, I only came to taco bell because I was crunched for time and my son was hungry, could have went to a restaurant. Busy or not, it's FAST food...supposed to be fast.

  They will mess up your order. They will do it almost everytime. Even if you beg them to double check the order they will still mess it up. It's like a bad twilight zone episode. I'm at the point now where I think they do it on purpose just to mess with me. Then when you call them to tell them that they forgot things in your order they will only replace the things they forgot which I already paid for. Nothing extra for the trouble. They refuse.
  
  Otherwise place is clean and food quality is good. But if you can, check your bag before you leave!!
